It is quite obvious what the next one will be. I had tons of fun with it. This building is the second in my Marvel city. However, flipping it to the opposite side is straightforward. This version of the Peter Parker's Apartment is designed to be a corner building to the left of a block (due to the fire escape). Take a look at the pictures for a closer look!
Fire escape ladders going all the way from the ground floor to the roof. A rooftop with a water tank that doesn't shake that much (but still need to be careful with). An attic full of boxes and webs that definitely needs some cleaning. A second floor apartment with a bedroom and a studio. A first floor apartment with a bedroom, two study areas, and a couch for relaxing (borrowed from his neighbor). It now uses the whole ground floor and it includes a double oven to keep up with demand, two kebabs, and a stool. 
Pepe's Pizza has been doing pretty well. It was particularly fun trying to figure out how to make the rooms look very different and not just having the back of the building a mirrored version of the front. Ha ving such a limited variety of pieces brings a lot of restrictions onto the building's design. What's particular about this MOC is that it is made of two 76108 sets and nothing else. 
In this MOC, I created a complete version of Peter Parker's Apartment.
Thus it was just natural to give the same treatment to other similar buildings. I enjoyed making a complete version of the (small) Daily Bugle very, very much. What's particular about this MOC is that it is made of two 76108 sets (Sanctum Sanctorum Showdown) and nothing else. A complete version of Peter Parker's Apartment.
